Your Belgian corporate income tax return, out of your own books

Anthracite Biztax turns your Odoo accounting into the corporate income tax return (CIT), as a file you import into Biztax as it is.

Two ways to get it, and the first one works wherever your Odoo is hosted — Odoo Online, odoo.sh, or a server of your own.

Belgian accounting, Odoo 19. Assessment year 2026.

1. We do the setup — wherever your Odoo is hosted

You connect your Odoo with a key you create yourself. We read your books from outside, and hand you an Odoo we host, carrying this module, already fed with your accounting. You prepare your return in it and you file it on Biztax.

This is the only route if your books are on Odoo Online. That platform accepts no custom code at all — no publisher gets around it, and it is where most small companies are. Reading your base from outside is how we get past that: Odoo Online does expose the programming interface we read through.

  • Your annual-accounts XBRL file for the National Bank is included, at no extra charge
  • The diagnosis is free, it reads totals only, and it commits you to nothing — you see what your base contains before you order
  • The database is downloadable at any time
  • Your source accounting is never modified: it is read, and something is built elsewhere

From 130 € excl. VAT, per company and per financial year, plus the takeover you choose. Priced on the turnover of the year you are filing — measured on your own base at the diagnosis, never declared.

2. Or you install the module and run it yourself

The same engine, in your own Odoo, under your own control. You install it, you run it, nothing ever leaves your database.

This needs an Odoo you host yourself, or odoo.sh. If your books are on Odoo Online, this route is closed to you — not by us, by the platform. Take the first one instead.

  • 999 € excl. VAT, one-off purchase, licence for one legal entity: yours
  • Odoo 19. Full Python source code, OPL-1 licence. Assessment year 2026
  • No activation key, no call home, no expiry. It runs offline

Where both are open to you, the question is not which is cheaper on one year — it is who does the work. The service is per company and per financial year; the module is bought once and stays yours. If you would rather do it yourself, buy the module: it is the same engine.

And one thing worth saying plainly: when we host a database carrying this module for you, you are not buying the module. You are buying the service.

What goes into the corporate income tax return — the same engine either way

  • Reserves broken down per box, disallowed expenses account by account
  • 275U statement classified entry by entry, liquidation reserve, 270 MLH rents annex, embedded PDF annexes
  • The whole tax cascade, basket included
  • Internal validators replaying the official arithmetic rules before the file is produced
  • A deliberately blocked test file, identical to the real one down to the cent and guaranteed to be rejected, which hands you Biztax's full error report without filing anything
  • Three validation reports: a clickable HTML where every line unfolds onto the computation behind it, a PDF and an XLSX
  • The attached PDFs are re-extracted from the .biztax file itself, not copied from the source. You review what actually goes out, not what we claim to have put in

What it does not do

  • On Biztax, a return that passes validation is submitted automatically. There is no intermediate step and there is no going back. Use the test file before loading the real one
  • It shows its assessment year, 2026, and promises nothing beyond it
  • We file nothing for you, on either route. It produces a file; loading it onto Biztax is your gesture
  • Values that cannot be derived from the books stay manual inputs, explicit and documented
  • The FPS Finance changes its formats every year. Nothing guarantees this will work next year
  • We do not draw up your annual accounts and we do not audit your accounting. Drawing them up is reserved to ITAA professionals

And in every case: it does not check your accounts. If a figure is wrong in your books, it is wrong in the file. An accounting review remains essential before filing anything.

Who it is for

Companies that want to bring their return in-house without bringing in the risk, and accountants who would rather review a computation than a result.

Before you connect anything, you can open a live Odoo carrying a full set of books and this module, and look around: sign in with demo / demo, read-only, reset every night.
