1bis · Priced on your turnover

Two of the three offers are not priced on the number of documents but on the turnover of the year you are filing (rubric 70), read from your own books at the diagnosis. It is the figure the law itself uses to size a filing — and a holding with forty entries is not a small filing just because it has forty entries.

Which row is yours is read on your base, it is not declared. The diagnosis reads which Odoo you run — there is no box to tick anywhere, and there must never be one. A base running Odoo Community pays the bracket below the one its turnover falls in: one crank down the same ladder, never a negotiated rebate. What you receive is identical either way; what differs is that Odoo hands a Community base no filing tool at all, and that the annual-accounts module cannot even be installed on it.

We produce the abridged scheme, and only that one. A micro company is entitled to file under the abridged scheme, and that is what it receives; we do not produce the micro scheme itself, whose National Bank filing fee is slightly lower. A company large enough to file a complete schema is quoted rather than priced: it is a different job. The two offers are priced separately: a company that needs both its annual accounts and its tax return buys both.

2 · How much of your accounting travels

Your bracket is measured on your base, it is not declared. The diagnosis counts your accounting documents and weighs your attached files, before anything is ordered — so the price is known in advance, and it is the price you pay.

The two deeper levels do not change a single declared figure. They buy a database you can work in, not a better return.

3 · Options

Attached documents One gigabyte is included in the deepest takeover level. Beyond it, per started gigabyte — weighed at the diagnosis, so it is part of the price you are shown, never a surprise on the invoice. + 5.00 € / GB

Extended hosting — 7 more days A database we host stays available 14 days when the order is a paid one, and 7 days when it cost you nothing — long enough to download it, not long enough to be free hosting (article 16.1 of the terms of service). Each unit adds 7 days, up to 53 units — 385 days in all. What ends at the term is the hosting, not your data: a complete copy of the database is downloadable from the first minute and for as long as we host it. + 50.00 €

Not on your own remote Odoo: bring your own and there is nothing for us to host, so this option is not offered to you and not charged — it would buy nothing.

Not on « Prepare my annual accounts (National Bank) »: that order builds no database, so there is nothing to extend — not offered to you and not charged, it would buy nothing.

Where your books land does not change the price. With « Get my books only » you choose between a database we host and your own remote Odoo (Odoo Online, odoo.sh, a self-hosted Odoo 19) that we replicate your books straight into — and the two cost exactly the same.

What you pay for is the takeover itself: reading your base, replaying your accounting, comparing the result line by line. That work is identical whichever base receives it.

The hosting terms above apply only to a database we host: bring your own and there is nothing for us to host, so the extended hosting option is not offered to you and not charged — it would buy nothing.

Beyond 10 GB of attached documents, we quote instead of pricing. Copying, storing and delivering that much is not what the per-gigabyte supplement pays for, and we would rather talk to you before you pay than after. Write to support@anthracite.brussels. The number of accounting documents, however, never sends you to a quote: the largest bracket has a price like the others.

Which of these you can actually buy depends on where your Odoo runs. The three modules install on a self-hosted Odoo or on odoo.sh; they cannot be installed on Odoo Online, which accepts no custom code — and that is where most small companies are. This service works either way: we read your base from outside, and hand you a file or a database we host. If you do run a self-hosted Odoo, look at the module first — and rather than tell you which is cheaper, here is the arithmetic, on your own line.

4 · The module, or this service?

This service is paid per company and per financial year. The matching module on the Apps Store is bought once, and serves every year and every company you own. So there is a financial year from which the module has cost you less — below is that year, computed from today's two prices, and from nothing else.

Read it as « from that financial year onwards, the module has cost less than the service ». Equal is not a win for the module: it overtakes the year after. A dash means we will not state a year for that line — either a price is missing on this site, or our own figures do not yet agree with each other, and we would rather tell you that than have you decide on a number we are not sure of. ⚠️ Two things the table cannot say for you. It compares prices only: the module leaves the work, the checks and the filing to you, and this service does them. And on Odoo Community the annual-accounts module cannot be installed at all — it needs an Enterprise reporting app — so that row compares you with a purchase you cannot make.

VAT is added at checkout according to your status (0 % for an intra-EU business with a valid VAT number). The tax-return offer is delivered on a database we host, carrying the declaration module, and its price includes that — it is not a licence you can install elsewhere. The annual-accounts offer carries no module: it is a file, generated by reading your own books.
