Your Odoo accounting, taken over into an Odoo 19
Our tool lets you migrate your accounting from Odoo 17, 18 or 19 to version 19: into a database we host, onto your own server, or onto your standard Odoo Online (a database whose licence you pay for at Odoo's rate). An older version? Write to us.
Two levels of takeover, one on top of the other. The entry one is free, whatever the size of your database.

| Where you take the database | Wherever you want. On an Odoo 19 Community database we host for 14 days (you can extend this when you order), downloadable at any time; on your own server, in Community or in Enterprise (the Enterprise licence stays yours to take out); or on your Odoo Online in the standard version (the licence is at Odoo's own price). |
| To start | The diagnosis is free, it commits you to nothing, and it reads totals only. You can stop right after it. |
| How it works | Connection — Give us the address of your Odoo and an API key you create yourself (keep it, you will need it again). We check that your database is compatible and work out the price from what it contains. Analysis: we read a few totals, an investment table and the size of your attachments — never an individual amount, never a label. Payment — You choose your options (for example: take over the PDFs of your invoices too?) and you see the total price (the full grid is here). One order per company and per financial year. After payment, we ask for your API key again — we did not keep it — to read your database. Building your database — We create a copy of your accounting (from a v17, v18 or v19) into version 19: either into a Community database we host, or in Community on your own server, or in Enterprise (in which case it is up to you to take out a licence with Odoo). What this service does not do
- We do not file anything for you. Not with the National Bank, not on Biztax. The file is yours; you file it.
- We do not draw up your annual accounts. Drawing them up is reserved to ITAA professionals; we put figures that already exist into the form the recipient expects.
- We never write into your source accounting. We only read it; your legal books stay where they are, retention obligations included.
- We do not audit your accounting. If a figure is wrong in your books, it is wrong in your new database. The takeover is checked to the cent against the source: the copy is faithful, which does not make the accounting right.
See it running before you connect anything
A demo database carries a full set of books: open the demo and sign in with demo / demo. The names, VAT numbers and bank accounts are invented; the amounts come from annual accounts already filed with the Central Balance Sheet Office, so they are public. Try the Anthracite Biztax and Anthracite BNB modules in it. The database is reset every night at midnight.
