Two choices: what we hand you, and how much of your accounting travels with it. Prices exclude VAT, per company and per financial year.

Your annual accounts as the XBRL file the Central Balance Sheet Office accepts, generated from your own books and downloaded right after payment. You file it yourself.

Two of the three offers are not priced on the number of documents but on the turnover of the year you are filing (rubric 70), read from your own books at the diagnosis.

We produce the abridged scheme, and only that one. A micro company may file under it (we do not produce the micro scheme, whose National Bank filing fee is slightly lower). A company that must file the complete scheme is not covered by these prices: write to us for a quote. Annual accounts and tax return are priced separately.

A hosted Odoo carrying the declaration module, fed with your books. You prepare your return and file it yourself on Biztax. Your annual-accounts XBRL file is included, at no extra charge, and the database is downloadable at any time.

A database you can restore wherever you like — your own Odoo, your accountant's, a host. You walk away with the database itself; declaring and filing stay in your hands.

How much of your accounting travels

Your bracket is measured on your database at the diagnosis, which counts your accounting documents and weighs your attached files: you know the price before you order.

Extended hosting — 7 more days A database we host stays available 14 days (article 16.1 of the terms of service). Each unit adds 7 days, up to 53 units, 385 days in all. What ends at the term is the hosting, not your data: a complete copy of the database is downloadable from the first minute and for as long as we host it. + 50.00 €

Only for a database we host: with your own Odoo, this option is not on your order.

« Prepare my annual accounts (National Bank) » delivers a file, so this option is not on that order either.

Where your books land does not change the price. With « Accounting migration », a database we host and your own Odoo (Odoo Online, odoo.sh, a self-hosted Odoo 19) cost exactly the same.

The hosting terms above apply to a database we host. With your own Odoo, hosting and the extended hosting option are simply not part of your order.

Beyond 10 GB of attached documents, we quote instead of pricing. Write to support@anthracite.brussels. The number of accounting documents, however, never sends you to a quote: the largest bracket has a price like the others.

What you can buy depends on where your Odoo runs. The two modules install on a self-hosted Odoo or on odoo.sh, not on Odoo Online — where most small companies are. This service works either way. On a self-hosted Odoo, look at the module first: the next section shows from which financial year it costs less.

This service is paid per company and per financial year. The matching module on the Apps Store is bought once, and serves every year and every company you own. Below is the financial year from which the module has cost you less, computed from today's prices.

Read it as « from that financial year onwards, the module has cost less than the service ». Equal is not a win for the module: it overtakes the year after. A dash means we cannot state a year for that line yet — write to us and we will quote it: support@anthracite.brussels.

Two things these prices do not say. Neither the module nor the service files your accounts: you or your accountant file them, in both cases. What differs is who makes the file. The module is a tool you install and run in your own Odoo, and it needs Odoo Enterprise. The service reads your books, on any Odoo, and hands you the result: the annual-accounts file, or a hosted database that already carries the tax-return module. And on Odoo Community the annual-accounts module cannot be installed at all, so that row compares you with a purchase you cannot make.

You buy a pack of files and receive a code. Each client file is activated with that code, whenever you want, whatever its turnover and its Odoo edition. One file = one company and one financial year.

How it works

Order the pack in the firm's name and pay online.
Receive the pack code on the confirmation page, by email and on your invoice. It is reserved for your firm and is not shared with another.
For each client, go to /service/start, enter your code and connect its Odoo (API key): the tax return file and the full takeover are at 0 €; only extra gigabytes and extended hosting, if chosen, are charged.

Validity: 12 months from the order.
