Your Belgian corporate income tax return, out of your own books
Anthracite Biztax turns your Odoo accounting into the corporate income tax return (CIT), as a file you import into Biztax as it is.
Two ways to get it, and the first one works wherever your Odoo is hosted — Odoo Online, odoo.sh, or a server of your own.
Belgian accounting, Odoo 19. Assessment year 2026.
1. Your accounting is put through our module in Odoo — wherever your Odoo is hosted
You connect your Odoo with a key you create yourself. We read your books from outside, and hand you a recent Odoo, hosted by us, fed with your accounting, with the module ready to use. You prepare your CIT return in it and you file it yourself on Biztax.
This is the only route if your books are on Odoo Online.
- Your annual-accounts XBRL file for the National Bank is included, at no extra charge
- The diagnosis is free, it reads totals only, and it commits you to nothing
- The database is downloadable at any time
- Your source accounting is never modified: it is only read, to duplicate its contents into the database we hand you
From 79 € excl. VAT for a single company, per company and per financial year, plus the takeover you choose — the takeover of your entries, the whole history, is free. Priced on the turnover of the year you are filing. Accounting firms and fiduciaries: from 25 € per file with a pack of files — see the packs.

2. Or you install the module and run it yourself
You buy the module, you install it in Odoo, you run it, nothing ever leaves your database.
This needs an Odoo you host yourself, or odoo.sh. If your books are on Odoo Online, this route is closed to you.
- 999 € excl. VAT, one-off purchase, licence for one legal entity: yours
- Odoo 19. Full Python source code, OPL-1 licence. Assessment year 2026
- No activation key, no call home, no expiry. It runs offline

Service or module?
| You use… | The service | The module |
|---|---|---|
| Odoo Online (odoo.com) | yes | no — the platform installs no custom code |
| odoo.sh | yes | yes |
| your own server | yes | yes |
Where both are open to you, the question is not which is cheaper on one year — it is who does the work. The service is per company and per financial year; the module is bought once and stays yours. If you would rather do it yourself, buy the module: it is the same engine.
And one thing worth saying plainly: when we host a database carrying this module for you, you are not buying the module. You are buying the service.
What goes into the corporate income tax return — the same engine either way
- Reserves broken down per box, disallowed expenses account by account
- 275U statement classified entry by entry, liquidation reserve, 270 MLH rents annex, embedded PDF annexes
- The whole tax cascade, basket included
- Internal validators replaying the official arithmetic rules before the file is produced
- Three validation reports: a clickable HTML where every line unfolds onto the computation behind it, a PDF and an XLSX
- The attached PDFs are re-extracted from the .biztax file itself, not copied from the source. You review what actually goes out, not what we claim to have put in
What it does not do
- On Biztax, a return that passes validation is submitted automatically. There is no intermediate step and there is no going back. Re-read the three validation reports before loading the file
- It shows its assessment year, 2026, and promises nothing beyond it
- We file nothing for you, on either route. It produces a file; loading it onto Biztax is up to you
- Values that cannot be derived from the books stay manual inputs, explicit and documented
- We do not draw up your annual accounts and we do not audit your accounting. Drawing them up is reserved to ITAA professionals
And in every case: it does not check your accounts. If a figure is wrong in your books, it is wrong in the file. An accounting review remains essential before filing anything.
Who it is for
Companies that want to prepare their corporate income tax return from Odoo, and accountants who would rather review than redo manual entries.
Before you connect anything, you can open a live Odoo carrying a full set of books and this module, and look around: sign in with demo / demo. You can change anything in it: the database is reset every night at midnight.
